Shipping Policy
Please allow 7-10 working days for order processing. once your order has been processed item(s) will be shipped within 48 hours.
All items are shipped with Royal Mail 1st Class signed for delivery. This service requires a signature on delivery and usually takes up to 2 working days. Please allow up to 14 working days for international orders.

INTERNATIONAL – £15
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur depending on your region and local customs duties. these charges are at the customers own expense.

Return & Exchange Policy
If you wish to return your item(s) please ensure you have contacted us within 7 days of receiving. After this 7 day period we will assume the item(s) are satisfactory and well received. Due to hygiene reasons stockings and knickers are non refundable.
The product must be returned unworn in perfect condition with original tags attached and inside its original packaging. Shipping costs of returns or exchanges will not be reimbursed along with original costs of shipping.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise does not meet the standards above. Please note, we do not offer refunds on sale items. Returned products are your own responsibility until we have received them. We recommend you send the item(s) back to us with signed for/tracked to ensure the product does not get lost.
